Hi all, 

Just to add some extra clarity, please ensure that all order author changes are submitted and processed on or before the last day of the month. 

Store managers should request order author changes by filling out the form they have access to. 

If staff members know of an order to change, they should request this change with the reason, in an email for traceability, to their manager. 

The store manager will then action accordingly. 

If it is the end of the month and there is a chance your manager will not see the email, ensure that you speak to your regional manager or store comms to make sure the order author is changed ready for the new month. 

Store managers, please be vigilant in ensuring any requests are actioned accordingly prior to month end. 

Just to reiterate, if order authors are changed after month end, there is a good chance the figures will have been ran and so a risk that people are not paid the correct bonus. Following the procedures above will ensure this doesn't happen.
