Hi All, 

Every time we process a refund from tomorrow onwards, could the refund please be added to the sheet below:

If the reason is delivery courier, just put it under our network (there are options for all of our couriers, but you won't necessarily know which courier delivered the goods) 

This will help us to spot trends and patterns and should enable us to improve.
