Just to confirm, in the past if you had an order for multiple items and say a profile was out of stock, the rest of the order would be sent automatically and you would be notified about what couldn't be sent.
This is no longer the case. If any item on the order is OOS, the whole order will sit as OOS until dealt with.
If you want everything to be sent apart from the OOS item, then you would raise a new order for the goods to be sent, and a new order for the OOS item that will be sent when it comes in. The new orders would be at the correct values and the old order would be credit memo'd.
Can we please try to ensure all OOS issues are dealt with by 10am each morning to give you chance to sort anything that needs to be sent on next day delivery?
