Hello All,

Just so you are all aware V12 will cancel a finance order if it has been inactive for 180days. This is a safety measure on their part & is system generated.

We are not currently notified by V12 so we need to be vigilant when completing date changes or amending order that are older than 5 months.

If we can make sure that the status on V12 is still at Agreement Received on any orders older than 5months.

If the order is at cancelled status then you need to contact V12 to get the order reinstated on 029 2046 8916  

If they are unable to reinstate the order then the customer will have to re-apply for finance.

It will be rare that we have to check these as generally speaking customers don’t wait that long for delivery of their order.
