Please follow these guidelines regarding Reply Manager.
- We aim to reply to customers within 3 hours.
- All emails that require no further action must be marked as complete. (You can always return to emails if needed).
- Double check your emails for spelling mistakes and grammatical errors before sending.
- Be clear and concise.
- Do not reply to spam or third party marketing/sales emails. Mark them as complete straight away.
- Do not click on links from suspicious or unrecognisable companies/emails.
- Always be polite, considerate and helpful.
